Twin Cities Limousine Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Here’s our refund policy:

Cancel 7+ days before your event – Full refund

Cancel less than 7 days before your event – 50% refund

Cancel within 48 hours of your event – 25% refund

Cancel within 24 hours of your event – No refund

Limousine waits for 20 Minutes After scheduled time if only deposit is covered

Any cleanup of bodily fluids is a $200 fee minimum up to $850
